Memory lets Heyno carry useful context from earlier work into what comes next, so you don’t repeat yourself. You control what it keeps and can turn it off anytime.

How memory works

After a chat, call, or meeting, Heyno turns the useful parts into durable memory it applies later. It updates in the background, not always the moment a conversation ends.

What Heyno stores

• Your business facts, pricing, and how you talk to customers.
• Your key people and how to reach them.
• Your preferences and the boundaries you set.
• The important points from past calls and meetings.

Don’t store secrets in memory. Heyno keeps it to the context that helps it work, not sensitive credentials.

Control memory per chat

Tell Heyno to use or skip memory for a specific chat when you want a clean slate. Chat-level choices don’t change your global setting.

Review and manage

Ask Heyno what it remembers, correct anything out of date, and tell it to forget a detail. Manage memory from Settings › Personalization.
