Customization
Shape how Heyno works the way you work.
How customization works
Customization comes from a few layers that work together:
- Preferences: your tone, your voice, and the defaults Heyno applies everywhere.
- Memory: useful context Heyno carries forward. See Memories.
- Connectors: the tools Heyno can reach, like Notion, Drive, email, and calendar.
- Rules: the guardrails Heyno follows, like your pricing rules and what needs approval.
These are complementary, not competing. Preferences shape how Heyno sounds, memory carries context forward, connectors give it reach, and rules keep it inside your lines.
Set your preferences
Open Settings › Personalization to set your tone, how Heyno signs off, and how much it checks with you before acting. Choose the voice Heyno uses on calls with Ruby Voice.
Add rules Heyno follows
Give Heyno the rules that should always apply: your pricing rules for quotes, and what must wait for your approval. Start with the few that matter.
