Approvals
Review what Heyno does before it happens.
How approvals work
Heyno drafts and prepares freely, but it pauses before anything leaves your account. When it’s ready to act, it shows an approval card in the chat, and a notification on your phone, with exactly what it’s about to do. Nothing goes out until you say so.
What needs approval
Heyno checks with you before any action that reaches the outside world:
- Sending an email or a text
- Making or returning a call
- Booking or changing a meeting
- Sending a quote or anything that commits a price
- Anything that spends or shares on your behalf
Reading your files, drafting, searching, and organizing don’t need approval. Only actions that leave your account do.
Approve, edit, or reject
On each approval card you can:
- Approve: Heyno sends or acts exactly as shown.
- Edit: change the draft, the recipient, or the details first, then approve.
- Reject: cancel the action and tell Heyno what to do instead.
Approvals reach you wherever you are: in the chat on web, or as a one-tap notification on your iPhone.
Set the default
By default Heyno asks before it sends. You can change how much Heyno does on its own, from asking every time to full autonomy, in Permissions.
