Memory lets Heyno carry useful context from earlier work into what comes next, so you don’t repeat yourself. It can hold stable preferences, recurring details, and facts about your business, and it applies them across chats, calls, and meetings.

You control what Heyno remembers. Ask it to remember something, and ask it to forget when a detail changes.

What Heyno remembers

• Your business: how you price, how you talk to customers, and the facts Heyno should apply to every job.
• People: your key contacts and how to reach them.
• How you like to work: your tone, your defaults, and the boundaries you set.
• What happened: the important points from past calls and meetings, so a follow-up already has the context.

Set your preferences

Manage memory
