Training Heyno on your business
Uploading documents, connecting sources, and how business knowledge is used and corrected.
Uploading documents
Upload the documents that describe how your business runs: price lists, process notes, terms, the standard answers you find yourself writing repeatedly. Heyno reads them and uses them as the basis for what it says on your behalf.
There is no particular format required. A price list as a spreadsheet, a process as a Word document and a policy as a PDF are all usable.
Connecting sources
Notion and other connected sources can be linked so that knowledge stays current without being re-uploaded. When the source changes, what Heyno knows changes with it.
Connected sources are read-only unless you grant otherwise, so linking a workspace does not put its contents at risk.
How the knowledge is used
It is used to answer, to quote and to draft: the places where being wrong is expensive. A quote is priced from your rules rather than estimated, and an answer about your process comes from what you wrote rather than from a plausible guess.
Where the knowledge does not cover a case, Heyno says so and routes to a person rather than filling the gap.
Correcting it
Business knowledge can be edited and removed directly. Correcting a price or a policy in one place changes every answer that depends on it, rather than requiring you to find each conversation where the old version was used.
Two documents that contradict each other will produce inconsistent answers. Writing the rules down often surfaces contradictions that were already there and previously invisible.
