Memory across the quarter

What Heyno remembers, how memory is scoped, and how to inspect or remove it.

What is remembered

Memory now spans the whole working context rather than a single conversation: chats, calls, meetings and documents. Something explained in a call in March is available when the same subject comes up in a document in June.

What is remembered is the durable kind of fact, like how your business works, who people are, and what was decided, rather than a transcript of everything that has ever been said.

How memory is scoped

Thread memory is the default. What you discuss with one person does not silently become context in a conversation with somebody else.

Shared and workspace memory exist, but promotion into them is explicit, and every promotion is visible in the thread where it happened. There is no path by which something becomes company-wide context without somebody deciding it should.

Inspecting and removing

Memory can be listed, searched and deleted. A specific fact can be removed without clearing everything else, which is the difference between correcting a mistake and starting over.

Deleting a memory removes it from future context rather than marking it hidden.

Why the quarter matters

Most assistants lose the thread across weeks, which means the useful context, like the pricing exception agreed in April or the way a particular customer likes to be handled, has to be re-explained every time.

Carrying it across a quarter is what makes the assistant feel like somebody who has been there, rather than a capable stranger who arrived this morning.
