The Heyno Connector

What the Connector links, how to set it up, and what other assistants can and cannot do through it.

What it does

The Connector exposes what Heyno manages for you to other AI tools over MCP: your calls, calendar, mail, tasks, documents and business memory. Set it up once and an assistant in another application can work with your Heyno context instead of starting cold.

It is the same data and the same permissions as the Heyno app. Connecting a second tool does not create a second copy of anything.

Setting it up

Generate a connection from your Heyno settings, then add it in the tool you want to connect. The connection is per tool, so each one can be revoked independently without affecting the others.

Connections are listed with the date they were created and the date they were last used, which is what lets you spot one that is no longer needed.

What a connected tool may do

Read the context you have granted, and propose actions. It may not send mail, deliver quotes, move money or take any other side-effecting action without the same approval card a request inside Heyno would produce.

That boundary is enforced on the Heyno side rather than trusted to the connecting tool, which is the reason it holds regardless of what the other tool decides to do.

Revoking access

Revoke a connection from the same settings page. Revocation takes effect immediately and does not require the connected tool to cooperate.

Revoking a connection does not delete anything it read while connected, and it does not undo actions that were already approved.
