Heyno Meet

You run the meeting; Heyno takes it from there, with the recap emailed to the room and the document filed in Drive.

Meetings, with your AI in the room

Reliable video with no time limits, an assistant that answers from your workspace, and a recap emailed the moment it ends.

High quality, without time limits

Reliable video and audio with no limit on length, so meetings run as long as the work requires.

Your AI is in the meeting

Your assistant joins, listens, and speaks. Ask it for anything in your workspace without ever leaving the call.

Remembered after

Everyone receives the summary and transcript by email, and the meeting becomes memory your AI can draw on anywhere you work.

Set up meetings with your AI

Ask your assistant to set up a meeting, on a call or in any chat, and it handles the rest: the meeting is created, the invites go out, and the link is shared with everyone. If you decide to meet while you are still talking, it is on the calendar before the conversation ends.

Ask mid meeting, it answers

Your assistant is in the room with your whole workspace behind it. Ask for the quote, the file, or what was agreed last time, and it answers right in the call, out loud or on screen.

The meeting stays with you

When the meeting ends, the summary and transcript are emailed to everyone in the room, the conversation becomes part of your AI’s memory, and every document it produced is filed in Drive for you to reference later.

Heyno follows the conversation

Your AI is in the room by default

Every Heyno meeting includes your AI. It follows who is speaking, and when someone asks it a question, it answers that person from their own memory: their name, their work, their context. One person’s memory is never shared with another’s.

Notes from the room you are sitting in

Record a meeting that is happening in person and Heyno writes it up for you. You get the summary and what was agreed without anyone in the room taking notes, and it is filed where you can find it later.

Ask about it a month later

The meeting becomes memory your assistant keeps. Ask what was decided whenever you need it, and it answers.

End every meeting with the notes already written.
