Heyno for government

One system
on your own hardware

Heyno is delivered as a single server, installed in your building, running US-developed open-weight models. It answers the phones, drafts the documents, and searches the records, all locally, and nothing leaves your network.

The work it takes on

One system, built for the work your office does every day.

One question searches every connected system at once, including scanned paper the office has never been able to search before. A public information request is logged with a reference and a due date when it arrives, drafted for review, and tracked against the statutory deadline until it closes.

Agenda items are collected from departments as they land, assembled into the packet and published ahead of the meeting. The meeting itself is transcribed as it runs, and the draft minutes are filed when it ends.

Applications are read, checked against the file, and moved along, so an applicant can be told where their permit stands without a callback.

Hearing dates, appointments and deadlines are sent by text and email, drafted from the record rather than retyped, in English and Spanish, translated on the machine rather than sent to a translation service.

Non-emergency calls are answered and summarized against the caller's own file, and what the call commits to is carried into the day's work.

Applications drafted from the records the agency already holds, so a grant does not go unclaimed for want of someone to write it up, and reporting deadlines tracked so funding is not lost after it is won.

Where departments start

The same system, entered from whichever office needs it first.

Clerk’s office

City secretary or county clerk: the office that owns the record. Minutes, filings, requests and notices, with statutory deadlines attached to each.

Legal

City or county attorney. Drafting, review and search across privileged material, on a machine counsel controls and inside the office’s own walls.

Permitting & development

The counter with the longest line. Applications are read against the file and moved along, so status questions stop arriving as phone calls.

Deployment: make Heyno part of everyday work

We install the machine, connect it to the systems you already run, train your staff, and support it afterwards. Work is fixed-price and milestone-gated, with a documented deliverable and a sign-off at every stage. Sizing is by headcount, and it is a one-time system purchase with annual support rather than a per-seat subscription that grows every renewal.
