There is one kind of Heyno account. On top of it you can take a monthly subscription, Heyno Connect at $19.99 or Heyno Premium at $59.99, and you buy credits for the work Heyno does. Credits are denominated in dollars at one to one, and Premium includes $50 of credit each month.
Yes. An account without a subscription is free. You can use the app, and you can buy credits without ever subscribing. A subscription adds MCP access, and in Premium’s case AI inside meetings, calls and chats plus the monthly credit.
Heyno Connect is MCP access, so you can reach what Heyno manages from another AI client. It does not include AI credit and it does not put AI inside meetings, calls or chats. Heyno Premium includes everything in Connect, adds AI in those places, and includes $50 of credit every month.
No. The credit you buy stays on your balance until it is used. Credit included with a Premium month is granted monthly.
For every $200.00 of lifetime spend on credits, the next $200.00 of credit is discounted by 40%. It is a repeating cycle rather than a one-off, so it unlocks again each time you cross another $200.00.
No. There is one account type. Larger deployments, including running Heyno on your own hardware, are handled through our enterprise team rather than a separate published tier.
No. There is no API product and no per-token or per-call pricing. The nearest thing is Heyno Connect, which is MCP access for AI clients rather than a metered API.
Subscriptions and credit top-ups are paid by card at checkout. Billing is monthly; there is no annual plan.
