Connect your accounts once and Heyno combines everything

One setup, one context. The value is not in any single connection; it is in what they mean together.

Every tool offers integrations. Very few combine them, which is why you can have twelve connected apps and still answer your own questions.

The integration trap

An integration that only lets an assistant read one system gives you a better search box for that system. The questions that actually matter cross systems: what did we quote this client, did they pay, what did we promise on the last call, and is the job on the calendar.

Answering that requires one context, not twelve connectors.

Cross-system questions are the ones that matter.
Twelve connectors with no shared context answer none of them.

What connecting actually does

Connecting an account grants scoped access and builds a live index the assistant reasons over. It does not copy your data into a separate product you then have to keep in sync.

Each connection states exactly which scopes it uses and why.

“Which of my connected accounts would you need to answer this, and what would you read?”

Documents as training

Uploading your handbook, price list, contracts, and procedures is how the assistant learns your business specifically. This is retrieval over your documents, not fine-tuning on them. The source is always citable and always removable.

Uploaded documents remain citable sources, not absorbed weights.

Keeping it fresh

A stale index produces confident, wrong answers. Connections re-sync continuously, and where a source has gone stale or an authorization has expired, the assistant says so instead of answering from memory.

Revoking access

Disconnecting an account removes the index built from it. Revocation is immediate and verifiable rather than eventual.
