Most assistants read email through a connector, which means they see messages and nothing else: not the thread state, not the drafts, not what you archived without replying.
Heyno ships a real mail client and a real calendar so the assistant works with the same information you do.
Why a client and not a connector
A connector gives an assistant a keyhole view: recent messages, maybe a search. It cannot see that you left three threads unread on purpose, or that the draft you started yesterday already says half of what it is about to suggest.
Owning the client removes that gap, and it removes the sync lag that makes connector-based assistants confidently out of date.
Triage that is actually triage
Triage means deciding what does not need you. The assistant separates what genuinely requires a decision from what needs an acknowledgement from what needs nothing, and it explains the split rather than silently filing things away.

Voice is learned from what you have actually sent: length, greeting, how direct you are, whether you use the person’s first name. A draft that does not sound like you costs more to fix than to write.
The calendar as a constraint system
A calendar is not a list of events, it is a set of constraints. Travel time, buffers, working hours, other people’s availability, and the one commitment that must not move all bound what can be scheduled.
The assistant schedules against those constraints and refuses to create a conflict quietly.
What it never does alone
Sending is an action that leaves the building. Drafts are produced freely; sending follows the workspace approval policy, and the policy is visible to the person approving.
