Heyno Government

Deployment Overview

What a Heyno Government installation involves, what it requires from your IT team, and how a rollout proceeds.

What arrives

One server, delivered, installed and configured on site. It carries the models, the workspace and the assistant, and it runs with the internet unplugged.

What installation involves

The machine takes a place in your rack, power, and access to your local network. The systems you choose to connect are then indexed: records, court, tax and permitting databases, spreadsheets, and scanned archives that have never been searchable before. Staff sign in from a browser; there is nothing to install on their machines.

What it needs from IT

Rack space, power, and LAN reach to the systems being indexed. No inbound connection from the internet is required, no cloud account is created, and no data is migrated to a vendor.

How a rollout proceeds

Install, index, then begin with a single department. Most agencies start with the clerk’s office and expand one department at a time, on the same machine.

Operating it

Your agency owns the machine and everything on it. Updates are applied on site, and support is provided through a named contact.
