What a recap contains

A recap is not a transcript summary. It is decisions, owners, dates, open questions, and the specific things that changed, written so that someone who missed the meeting can act without asking what happened.

Anything the conversation did not actually settle is listed as open rather than resolved into a confident sentence.

Where the recap goes

The recap is emailed to the attendees who should have it and filed into the drive automatically, so it exists in the place people will look for it later.

Meetings as context

A meeting becomes context the same way a call does. What was agreed in it is available to the assistant in every other thread afterwards.
